On 12 November, the Interior Minister of Turkey, Süleyman Soylu, reportedly referred to LGBTQI rights as ‘terrorist propaganda’ during a speech to Justice and Development Party (AKP) members. According to duvaR, he said ‘there is cultural terrorism.
