16 May 2021: Jordanian security forces forcibly stopped journalist Hiba Abu Taha from covering a sit-in at Al-Kalouti mosque, pushing her and smashing her phone, before arresting her.[1] She was released the following day.[2] Hiba Abu Taha has written on transgender issues for MyKali, an LGBTQ magazine.
