The Spanish far-right party Vox, is continuously challenging and hindering LGBTQIA+ rights. Putting the political consensus of LGBTQIA+ rights at risk, Vox campaigns against education aiming at preventing hatred of LGBTQIA+ people and suppression of one’s sexual orientation by schools and families. Also, the Madrid Gay Pride was undermined with proposals to move it further outside of the city “because they cause problems and traffic jams.”
