May 2021: Several Palestinian families in East Jerusalem’s Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood faced forced eviction by an Israeli settler group. The Israeli Supreme Court subsequently proposed that four Palestinian families pay rent to the settler organisation for 15 years instead of being evicted; it appears that no decision has yet been taken by the families who have to decide before 2 November.
