Petition and bill presented to Parliament attack LGBTIQ+ organisationss

The Great Family Platform presented a petition with 150,000 signatures to the Parliament, demanding that “LGBTI+ associations should be closed down and that propaganda should be banned”. Similarly, the anti-LGBTIQ+ Vatan Party (Patriotic Party) announced a bill that would criminalise LGBTIQ+ organisations, peaceful demonstrations and even the receipt of aid.
