17 April 2021: A decision endorsing an appeal judgement rejecting the right to paternal filiation to children born out of wedlock - even if a DNA test has been conducted proving the biological link - was made public by the Cassation Court. This right had previously been recognised by a Tangier court of first instance in 2017.
